What information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide, name, email, phone, business name, and any details you include in form submissions or emails. We also collect basic technical information automatically, IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited, through standard analytics (Google Analytics 4 and server logs).
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, run projects, send invoices, and provide ongoing support. We use technical analytics to understand which pages perform well, fix problems, and improve the site. We do not sell your information to third parties.
How we protect your information
We use HTTPS across all pages, hardened cPanel hosting on Canadian servers, and standard access controls. No system is perfect, if we ever discover a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
When we share information with third parties
We share information with service providers as needed to do the work, for example, sending email through hosted SMTP, processing payments through Stripe or QuickBooks, or storing leads in our CRM (NX CRM, our managed GoHighLevel instance). We require these providers to protect your information consistent with this policy.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track or by using browser-level cookie controls. The site does not use advertising or remarketing cookies by default.
Your choices
You can request a copy of any personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, email hi@nxdigital.ca with the subject "Privacy request." We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
