The problem.
Smoke Near Me sells smoke-shop products around the clock in Miami. A brochure site was never going to cut it. The shop needed a real ordering platform: a large product catalog online, mobile apps, age verification for a 21+ industry, and a payment path that works in a payment-restricted category.
It also needed to be found. Miami's smoke-shop search results are crowded and local-pack-dominated, so the store needed tracking, analytics, and a brand strong enough to stand out.
What we built.
The pieces behind this project.
Full ordering platform on 1CLK GroFreshA Flutter web storefront at smokenearme.com backed by a Laravel admin at nx.smokenearme.com, running the 1CLK GroFresh engine (V7.10). We imported 762 products into the catalog and manage the whole stack on NX hosting.
Mobile apps on Google PlayBranded Flutter user and delivery apps, both live on Google Play. An iOS build pipeline is scaffolded on a dedicated Mac Mini build node in Miami.
Age-gate, security, and payments hardeningThe v4 release added server-side 21+ age verification, removed a remote-code-execution risk, restricted CORS, added stock locking, and shipped a Zelle offline-payment flow with a post-order payment screen. Restricted products were disabled to keep the catalog payment-compliant.
Brand, analytics, and local growthA full brand kit, a neon-Miami landing page at 305smoke.com that funnels traffic to the store, GA4 plus the NX DAT pixel for analytics, and nightly rank tracking on 14 Miami keywords.
The outcome.
The platform is live: web storefront, admin panel, and two Android apps, with 762 products in the catalog. A second domain, 305smoke.com, funnels Miami traffic to the main store. Rank tracking and analytics run continuously on NX infrastructure.
2Android apps live on Google Play (user + delivery)
14Miami keywords tracked for search rank
2live domains, main store plus the 305smoke.com Miami landing funnel
The work.
