The problem.

Sinbad Restaurant runs two Iraqi charcoal-grill locations in London, Ontario, and a large share of its customers read Arabic. The old WordPress site at sinbadrestaurant.ca spoke only English, carried stale menu prices, and gave the Arabic-speaking audience nothing.

The site also had to keep pace with the kitchen. The owner reprices dishes, adds new ones, and drops old ones, and every change has to land on the English menu, the Arabic menu, the homepage, the catering page, and the structured data without breaking search.

What we built.

Bilingual static rebuild
Ten hand-coded pages in English and ten in Arabic, menu, locations, catering, story, gallery, franchise. Dark/light mode with the choice remembered, one CSS file, one JS file, no build step. In May 2026 it replaced WordPress at the apex.
Search cleanup that stuck
After the apex promotion, every page still canonicalized to a dead staging subdomain. We rewrote 132 canonical, hreflang, and schema references to the apex, rebuilt the 20-URL sitemap, added Arabic JSON-LD to all ten AR pages, set geo coordinates for both locations, and submitted to Google, Bing, and Yandex.
Menu kept live in two languages
When the owner's new brochure arrived, we reconciled it against the site: nine price changes, six new dishes, two removals, one rename, applied across English and Arabic pages, the homepage, catering, and the Menu schema, and verified live the same day.
Hosting and tracking under one roof
Hosted on NX CLK with Cloudflare in front and Microsoft 365 email. GA4 conversion events fire on calls, directions, and menu views; an NX DAT pixel and NX RNK track eight local keywords nightly.

The outcome.

The NX-SEO audit scores the site 98.2/100 on-page with zero errors across all 20 pages. Home and menu pages are indexed with the apex confirmed as canonical. The oversized Arabic logo dropped from 1.79 MB to 380 KB. The menu on the site matches the menu in the restaurant.
