The problem.

Low Price Auto Glass runs three branches, London, Windsor, and Ottawa, and lives on local search. Their legacy WordPress + Elementor site was slow, hard to rank, and hard to maintain. Competitors like Quick Chip and Forest City were buying the London search terms LPAG needed to own.

The shop also ran its warehouse on a spreadsheet: roughly 5,000 glass parts in an Excel file, no barcode scanning, no invoicing, no change history.

What we built.

  • WordPress to static Astro rebuild

A full 35-page static Astro site: 8 service detail pages, 15 city SEO pages, 4 legal pages, JSON-LD schema, self-hosted Barlow fonts, and 301 redirects that preserved every old slug. GHL chat, estimate survey, contact form, and review widget wired in. Cut over to the apex domain May 22, 2026.

  • Custom parts inventory system

A PHP + MariaDB warehouse app at lpag.ca, built from scratch: PIN login, barcode scanning, multi-rack stock, customers and orders, HST invoicing, label printing, a full change log, and Excel import for the ~5,000-part catalog.

  • SEO, paid ads, and tracking

Rank tracking against 9 named competitors, GSC and GA4 enrollment, and a consent-gated NX DAT pixel (PIPEDA/CASL compliant). Google Search (9 ad groups, 38 keywords, 9 RSAs) and Meta prospecting + retargeting campaigns built entirely through the API and launched June 20, 2026, with verified conversion tracking.

  • Print signage and social

Three shop signs rebuilt as true-vector, print-ready PDFs, vectorized logo, brand-correct #C8102E red, zero embedded raster, so they scale to any size. Ongoing on-brand social posting to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business through the GHL planner.

Google and Meta campaigns went live June 20, 2026.
