Auto repair shop in London, Ontario running on software we built. The website and the identity, and then the Cockpit: the app the shop actually runs its day on.
Fanshawe Auto Care is an auto repair shop and used car dealer on Jim Ashton Street. NX built the brand, the website and the system behind the counter. The NX Shop Cockpit, our own app sitting on top of NX CRM, has run the shop since September 2026: a car checks in with its VIN photographed or decoded, gets priced with parts and labour separated the way Ontario requires, goes out as an estimate the customer approves line by line, comes back as an invoice with HST and a recorded payment, and prints or emails from the same record. Technicians work from a tablet view that shows them their jobs and nothing else. It is monitored, backed up, and checked nightly.
