The problem.

Dough Boys Bar + Kitchen is a pizza and sports-bar spot in East London, Ontario. Walk-in POS ordering is the heart of the business, but the owner also needed online ordering, branded mobile apps, and menu boards that never drift from the real menu, all under his own domain, not a shared one.

The original install lived on a shared eatz.to domain. The checkout flow lost people: buried contact forms, vague errors, and a stale service-worker cache that kept serving old screens. Orders also arrived silently, nothing told the owner a new POS order had landed.

What we built.

  • Full ordering platform on 1CLK eFood

White-label eFood platform: Flutter web storefront at order.doughboysworld.ca plus a Laravel admin at nx-order.doughboysworld.ca. We tuned the POS for real counter work, bigger order grids, 30-row pagination, larger fonts, and an owner email fired on every new POS order (pickup, dine-in, or delivery).

  • Four branded mobile apps

Customer, Kitchen, Delivery, and Table apps built in Flutter and rebuilt against the new domain. The whole menu, 67 products across 13 categories, lives in one database that feeds web, apps, and POS alike.

  • Digital menu boards on NX Signage

Three TVs run the digital menu board, fed by a menu API that reads the live ordering system. Change a price in the admin and the boards follow, no ladders, no printed inserts.

  • Zero-drama domain migration + tracking

Moved the platform from eatz.to to doughboysworld.ca with a parallel install sharing a single database, so Play Store app users never broke. Repointed 64 order links across 10 pages. Wired GA4, Search Console, and the NX DAT pixel, with 13 London keywords tracked in the NX-SEO suite.

The outcome.

The platform is live on the owner's own domain and verified by him end to end, a test POS order confirmed both inboxes receive every order. Checkout got five rapid refinement deploys in one cycle (v7.2b → v7.2f: inline name/phone form, plain field-level errors, 'Pay at the Store' wording). Three menu TVs, four apps, web ordering, and the POS all run off one menu, one database, one admin.

Project assets.
