What we do.
We design, build, and ship digital products. For our agency clients, that means websites that earn their rent, local SEO that fills the calendar, paid ads with clean tracking, and CRM systems that catch every missed call.
For our own portfolio, under 1CLKwe run software products: ordering platforms, link tools, ranking dashboards, and a managed CRM. Building our own products keeps us honest about what shipping really takes.
The platform is real, not a pitch deck. We run our own CRM, our own analytics pixel, a rank tracker, a link tool, a restaurant ordering platform, digital menu signage, and the hosting our clients sit on. Client work runs on the same systems we sell.
Who we work with.
Mostly small businesses within a 60‑minute drive of London, Ontario, auto shops, restaurants, contractors, salons, accountants, mortgage agents. Occasionally we work further afield: a tea importer in Toronto, a jewellery brand in the UAE, a furniture retailer scaling across Canada.
The common thread isn't industry, it's mindset. We work best with operators who care about every dollar, want a real say in the work, and would rather see a measurable lead than a creative-agency mood board.
How we work.
One studio. Direct contact with the people doing the work. Fixed quotes, written scope, no surprises on the invoice. We'd rather lose a project to scope than win one we can't ship cleanly.
Our stack favours plain HTML when it'll do, hardened WordPress when it won't, and managed CRM (NX CRM, our GoHighLevel instance) for everything that has to follow up with a customer. Hosting runs on Canadian cPanel servers we operate ourselves.
The legal small print.
